The Minot camera is now a panning camera. Check it out. The tour travels east from the Light and then reverses again to the Light and onto the far end of Minot beach. The Glades is in a far away shot at last.

With a nod from the Historical Society trustees, I was able to once again place the signs for the Edgerton Bell and the Etrusco stone. Many questions were coming my way and now many of them can be answered when I am not around.
An open house will be held this coming Sunday, July 13 from 1:00 to 4:00. While we will surely enjoy our guests that day, I did want to share that a special event is being held at the Maritime and Irish Mossing museum. Our good friend Sean McLaughlin will be entertaining and there will be hands on activities for young and old.
If you have not been out on the Point for a visit, when you do come by be sure to check out the planters on the ocean side of the cottage. The Scituate Beautification Committee installed those planters last year and they are even more lush this time around.
We look forward to seeing one and all on Sunday.
